How I Got Here

Most brands treat social media like a publishing schedule. Post consistently, grow the numbers, and assume the sales will follow.

But they don't, because posting is not strategy.

Real strategy starts with understanding exactly who you're talking to, what they believe before they find you, and what needs to shift in their thinking before they're ready to buy. Everything else — the content, the engagement, the conversion pipeline — flows from that.

I learned this the hard way, across five years and multiple brands, by asking a question most people in this space never bother with: is this content actually helping this business make money?

That question pushed me past execution into strategy, then into developing demand generation systems. How do you research an audience properly? How do you build content that moves people through a buyer journey instead of just filling a feed? How do you design the infrastructure so a team can execute consistently without chaos?

Electronics Retail · Social Media Strategy

Neostore had an established Twitter presence but virtually nothing elsewhere — no Facebook content, no TikTok, around 80 Instagram followers.

I built their entire content operation from the ground up: a persona-based content strategy, a 6-database Notion system to organize content, metrics, and team workflows, an operational manual defining team roles and execution rhythms, and all written content for the creative team to produce. I oversaw the social media team throughout, ensuring quality and posting consistency across platforms.

I handle a minimum of 4 book manuscripts per month — line editing and copy editing depending on what each manuscript needs — with turnaround times of 1 to 2 weeks depending on length.
